Anyone using the Edgeworks Facility MUST have a signed waiver on file. For those climbers under 18, their parent or legal guardian must also sign the waiver.
Rock climbing - and lead climbing in particular - does involve risk. All climbers and belayers must be willing to take personal responsibility for their own safety as well as that of their partner.
First time visiting Edgeworks? Save time by filling out a waiver before your first vist!
Once you have completed it it is automaticaly sent to our front desk and waiting for you to arrive.
IMPORTANT!: Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent (or COURT APPOINTED legal guardian). Waivers signed by a group leader or person appointed to by the parent WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
LIability Waivers for groups
If you are bringing a group, save time when checking in by filling out waivers ahead of time online. If you are bringing a group of children, it is especially important that each child has a waiver signed by their legal guardian.
Track your group's waivers:
1) Have each climber complete an online waiver (edgeworksclimbing.com/waiver)
2) Once completed, the climber will be emailed a copy of the signed waiver.
3)
The emailed copy can then be forwarded to a group leader to ensure all group participants have signed a waiver.
If you would NOT like to use our online waiver, please download, print and sign a hard copy to bring with you to the gym.
IMPORTANT!: Waivers for minors must be signed by a PARENT (or COURT APPOINTED legal guardian). Waivers signed by a group leader or person appointed to by the parent WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
