If you are considering freezing or cancelling your membership in response to our efforts to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we completely understand. Edgeworks is a small, locally owned business employing 54 people from the Tacoma area; they along with our members (you!) are the community that helped build this gym. For that, we have always been committed to providing the best experience possible.
IMPORTANT! Members who do not request to freeze or cancel and instead choose to maintain their membership will directly improve our ability to continue paying our staff during this difficult time of uncertainty. We hope your experience at Edgeworks has been excellent and you will stay with us through this time.

Membership Change Request
You can easily make changes to your membership by filling out the form below.

FREE Membership Freeze: We are currently allowing ALL memberships (monthly and prepaid) to be frozen at no cost to members. The duration of this freeze will be monitored and assessed by Edgeworks on a monthly basis. Simply complete the required fields below and type "Free Freeze" in the additional comments section. All freezes take effect on the 1st of the month.

Update Billing Info: Easily switch to ACH (checking account) billing or update your credit card information by using the update payment information on account option below.

Freeze a Membership: Freeze your membership for $8 month and it will be waiting for you upon your return. This way, you won't pay a startup fee when you get back. One month minimum.

Cancel a Membership: We’ll be very sorry to see you go, but if you’re moving to Oshkosh, what can we do? DON'T FORGET: If you freeze your membership instead, you won't pay a startup fee when you come back.

IMPORTANT: All membership changes must be made by the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. Any submissions sent on or after the 1st will be processed for the following month.
