Important Health + Safety Information

As we slowly begin to re-open, there are a few important changes + details you’ll need to be aware of before you arrive.

RESERVATION FAQ's

BECOME A MEMBER

Know Before You Arrive

  • EVERYONE must complete a NEW WAIVER ONLINE before returning to the gym for the first time.
  • Liquid chalk only! We're providing dispensers of free liquid chalk + selling it at cost in our retail.
  • Follow the queues along the sidewalk + wait for the doors to open for your reserved time; climbers won't be allowed in early but may choose to exit at any time during the 2 hour session.
  • Maintain physical distancing + a single file line when entering; avoid stopping at the front desk. Questions will be addressed after everyone has entered the facility.
  • Members who DO NOT arrive within the first 15 minutes of their reserved time risk losing their reservation to other climbers.
  • Every person must have a reservation, including children + non-climbers; do not bring additional people with you.
  • Guest passes, punch passes + day passes are not allowed at this time.
  • Showers + lockers are closed. Please arrive ready to climb; bathrooms are open.
  • You must stay within your reserved area/zone for the full 2 hour session. If space permits, you may request to move to a new area/zone; staff approval required.
  • Download the RGPro Connect app; set-up is easy + it allows you to view existing reservations and make new ones.
  • Be respectful + kind to everyone as we all learn to navigate our new health + safety guidelines

New Gym Guidelines

  • Face masks/coverings are required to be worn properly + at all times while inside the facility.
  • Check-in + check-out are required when entering + leaving the facility.
  • Please enter through the front door + exit through the new side door exit.
  • Wash/sanitize hands upon entering the gym, during your visit and upon leaving.
  • Bring a reusable water bottle; no drinking from the fountains at this time.
  • Practice physical distancing at all times; maintaining 6 ft of space between yourself + others.
  • Adhere to distance/capacity markers located on the climbing floor + around the facility.
  • Climb only on ropes/anchors that are open + available.
  • When lead climbing, allow at least 1 line of draws between you + another climber.
  • In the weight + cardio areas, maintain 10 ft of space between yourself + others.
  • Wipe down all fitness equipment before + after use.
  • Avoid gathering in groups of 5+ people.

Health + Safety Screening

Please DO NOT ENTER the facility if you have:
  • been diagnosed with COVID-19, have not recovered and/or are still within the 14-day quarantine,
  • been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days,
  • experienced any symptoms within the last 24 hours; cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue,
  • had a fever in the last 48 hours,
  • have new loss of taste or smell,
  • had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
