Important Health + Safety Information

As we slowly begin to re-open, there are a few important changes and details you’ll need to be aware of before you arrive.

Please WATCH our re-opening video above and READ all of the following information BEFORE heading to the gym for your next climbing/fitness session.

  • Please complete a NEW WAIVER online before arriving; everyone needs to have a new waiver on file and our waiver stations are not available at this time.
  • If you arrive before your reserved time slot, please follow the queues to line up along the sidewalk until the doors open for your reserved time; climbers will not be allowed in early but may choose to exit at any time prior to the end of their session.
  • Maintain physical distancing and a single file line when entering. To reduce crowding at the front desk, the line to enter may move slowly. Please be patient.
  • Every person inside the gym must have a reservation, including children and non-climbers. Please do not bring additional people with you, they will not be allowed inside.
  • Guest passes are not allowed at this time.
  • Per state guidelines, our showers + lockers must remain closed; bathrooms are open.
  • Reservations are for the 1 area only. Reservations may be moved to other areas as space permits. To move your reservation, please ask at the Front Desk.
  • Please be respectful + kind as we all learn to navigate these new safety guidelines.
  • Face masks or coverings are required to be worn properly + at all times by everyone inside the facility.
  • Check-in + check-out are required when entering/leaving the facility; simply swipe your membership card as you enter/exit.
  • Please enter through the front door + exit through the new side door exit.
  • Sanitize hands when entering + exiting the gym; wash/sanitize frequently during your climbing session. Because liquid chalk contains alcohol, its use is encouraged.
  • Please bring a reusable water bottle. The water bottle filler will be available, but drinking from the fountain is not allowed at this time.
  • Physical distancing must be practiced in the gym at all times; maintain 6 feet of space between yourself + others; adhere to distance/capacity markers located on the climbing floor + around the facility.
  • Climb only on ropes/anchors that are open + available.
  • Stand, sit and rest only in areas designated on climbing floor.
  • Respect zone capacities as marked in the bouldering area.
  • When lead climbing, allow at least 1 line of draws between you + another climber.
  • Respect zone capacities as posted in cardio, weight, + hangboard areas; maintain 10 feet of space between yourself + others while in these areas.
  • Wipe down all fitness equipment + auto belay clips with disinfectant spray/wipes before + after use.
  • Avoid gathering in groups of 5+ people.

Please DO NOT ENTER the facility if you have:

  • been diagnosed with COVID-19 and have not recovered or are still within the required 14-day quarantine,
  • been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days,
  • experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 24 hours; cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue,
  • had a fever in the last 48 hours,
  • had a loss of taste or smell,
  • had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
