“Climb for a Cause”: Saturday, March 1, 2014 – 5pm to 8pm – at Edgeworks

Edgeworks is proud to partner with FIRST DESCENTS again this year for the 5^th Annual Climb-A-Thon “Climb for a Cause”. This is a nationwide event taking place in 16 gyms across the country, including Edgeworks. The goal is to raise as much money, awareness, and enthusiasm as we can for the mission of First Descents.

What is their mission? FIRST DESCENTS offers young adult cancer fighters and survivors a free outdoor adventure experience designed to empower them to climb, paddle and surf beyond their diagnosis, defy their cancer, reclaim their lives and connect with others doing the same. Your $25 donation to FIRST DESCENTS gets you entry to the gym, equipment rental, an FD t-shirt, and access to climbing for the duration of the event.
