Sarah Chandler
Practicing yoga since the mid 90's, Sarah was inspired by a friend who thought she could benefit from yoga while she was pregnant, since then she has explored many different types of yoga and has enjoyed them all.

When asked what she loves the most about yoga, Sarah loves how much we can benefit from doing our practices when we keep a routine, the changes our whole selves go through when we stay in the moment and when we work on what is in front of us, a whole new heightened of awareness comes to us.  She believes our bodies love exercise.  They love good, healthy, whole foods and when we take care of our bodies, our bodies take care of us.

  Bryan Michel
Practicing yoga since 2004, Bryan quickly realized that yoga helped improve his performance in other favorite sports. Additionally, he noticed the mental clarity and calm yoga provided to everyday life. In 2008 Bryan trained through Corepower Yoga in San Diego, CA to receive a Yoga Alliance certification.

Bryan teaches a Power style of yoga, with elements of Anusara and Ashtanga yoga, focusing on strong, flowing vinyasa movements and centered mental focus. Bryan provides an athletic and meditative class for all experience levels. Whether for sports cross training, serious yoga practitioners, or those in need of rejuvenation, Bryan can provide a venue for your experience.

Morgan Vanderpool
Morgan found yoga through a lifetime of dancing. Throughout college yoga was a cross training element for modern dance, but post graduation yoga has become her passion and an integral part to her everyday life.

As a Yoga Alliance certified teacher through Core Power Yoga in San Diego, CA, Morgan's teaching style could most easily be described as Power Vinyasa: a strong, flowing, creative and heat building practice guided by the breath. Her classes focus on meditation through movement, the power of the core, creative flow, strength building, focused balance, and seeking stillness admits the chaos of life.

Hope to see you in class soon!
