The Hard Rock climbing classes are designed to make you a better more competent climber both indoor and outdoor. Our expert instructors will help you develop better movement and technique while on the wall as well as teach you what it takes in order to lead and set anchors indoors and outdoors. 201: Advanced Movement & Technique  
 
Have you hit a plateau and you don't see anymore improvement? Now is the time to focus on effective movement and to develop skills that will take you to a higher standard of climbing. If you're ready for the next level, this course will take you there.

  202: Sport Lead
 
The Sport Lead class is exciting class that opens up a whole new world of climbing. In this class our instructors will teach you the many techniques it takes to safely lead indoors and outdoors. If you've got the itch to experience the thrill of being on the "sharp end", this class is for you!

203: Anchors and Rappelling  
 
The Anchors and Rappelling class focuses on the fundamentals of building outdoor anchors, understanding rappelling risk and avoiding common and dangerous mistakes. For anyone seeking proficiency in outdoor climbing and safety, this is an essential class!

  204: Single Pitch Rock Rescue
 
The Single Pitch Rock Rescue class is all about moving beyond a serious situation: rescuing a climber. Climbing is a dangerous sport, learning how to approach these situations with skill and competency are vital. You'll learn the techniques necessary to get a climber back on the ground.

205: Outdoor Sport and Anchors  
 
Learn everything it takes to be a competent climber who can lead indoor and outside at the local crags. You will learn not only how to climb harder routes, but also how to lead, build sport anchors, and how to clean routes and lower yourself off routes safely.

  • Learn to lead climb both indoors and outside
  • Learn to set anchors for sport climbing
  • Learn to clean routes
  • Learn to thread and rappel from anchors
  • Learn how to identify and climb outdoor sport routes

  206: Comprehensive 200 Series
 
Learn everything it takes to be a competent climber who can lead indoor and outside at the local crags. You will learn not only how to climb harder routes, but also how to lead, build sport anchors, and how to clean routes and lower yourself off routes safely. The class includes both indoor instruction as well as a full day outside learning and practicing what it takes safely sport climb outside.
