Edgeworks Fitness balances your mind and body by focusing on core strength, endurance, breathing and inner peace. Through our yoga and pilates classes your whole body will find balance and stillness while moving between poses that will explore the limits of your body's focus and endurance.

Edge Yoga  
 
A faster paced class designed to challenge yourself with intermediate poses (deeper backbends, balancing, and stronger twists) and add a little cardio to your yoga workout. Edge Yoga focuses on deep core strengthening and endurance. The perfect class for climbers and yogis to strengthen their mind and body awareness.

  Mixed Level Yoga
 
Relax and gently build core strength while working on alignment, breathing, and balance. Mixed Level Yoga focuses on more restorative poses, building flexibility, proper alignment and breathing techniques. This class is a great class for ending your week and preparing for another.

Pilates has been shown to help aid in the recovery of injuries and long tern chronic issues by increasing and maintaining core strength.   Zumba®
 
Ditch the dreaded work out and come in for a fitness class unlike any other. Zumba® combines exotic rhythms and international beats with fun fitness moves. The focus is increasing energy levels, muscle tone, and of course, fun. There's no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating and often builds a deep-rooted community among students. Come join us every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
